As our products as sourced from Kerala and being of low monetary value but heavy in weight, we incur high costs in logistics and shipping. Thus we charge a standard shipping cost for the delivery of your orders.

Shipping charges will be based on the total weight of the order.

If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

Shipping of the products will be carried out by the logistics partners of shop.authentickerala.in, like Shiprocket, Delhivery & India Post.
